Salary: £38,000 - £95,000 per annum

  • Base salary + revenue share of your team (uncapped)
  • Step into a leadership role where you’ll inspire, motivate and develop individuals into phenomenal salespeople
  • ​Work closely with the Sales Director and CEO every week, becoming a key player as the business scales
  • Join a circle of top-performing managers, sharing strategies and scaling each other's success.
  • If your team of 8 sells an average of 7 properties per month at an average deal value of £9,000, you’d take 1.25% of £504,000 per month – on top of your base salary.

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in managing a sales team
-Consistently meets and exceeds targets
-Strong analytical mindset, able to track and optimise performance
-3 years of sales experience in high-growth environments
 
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM. Work location is person.
